About Us

Like many Healthcare companies in 2022, our medical clinic was in a staffing crisis.  We were struggling to hire and retain administrative staff and salary costs started increasing to unsustainable levels.  As a result, our managers ended up spending countless hours every week reviewing resumes, interviewing potential candidates (if they decided to show up), and even taking turns answering the phones and checking in patients themselves because we had nobody else to do it.  We also had our most senior administrative support staff constantly working less efficiently because they were always spending time training new employees. 


With nothing changing after many months, we decided we couldn’t continue to operate our clinic in this manner, so we started looking for a virtual Medical Office Assistant (MOA) staffing company. We hoped it would allow our managers to focus on their usual tasks, relieve our senior support staff from constantly having to train new people, and even free up some space in our cramped offices, but we couldn’t find anything remotely affordable that met our admittedly high standards. That was the point at which we decided to start our own virtual administrative staffing company and launched HealthCare HR, a virtual administrative staffing solution provider.
