Who We Are

Eric is one of the co-founders of HealthCare HR and has been practising comprehensive Family Medicine since completing his residency at the University of Ottawa in 2009. His first business venture was to help develop the Greenbelt FHT, which opened its doors in 2011.  His clinic has grown to become one of the largest primary care clinics in Ottawa with 18 Family Physicians serving more than 25 000 patients.  Eric has served as Lead Physician of the clinic  since its inception.

Living in Ottawa provides him with the opportunity to participate in many of his favourite outdoor activities with his wife and their two children.  During the winter they enjoy both cross-country and downhill skiing, while in the summer they enjoy hiking, golf, and have recently taken up a new favourite sport: pickleball!

Kristy is one of the co-founders of HealthCare HR and has been practicing Family Medicine since 2007. She has worked in numerous healthcare facilities including hospitals, emergency rooms, urgent care, walk-ins, private executive health, rural Northern Ontario, cosmetics, community health center, and a correctional facility. She is currently co-owner of a 16 doctor Family Health Team with over 30 staff in Ottawa, Ontario.  

Her spare time is spent training and travelling for Ironman and Ultramarathons. Her rest days are spent with her drooling Bullmastiff. 

Ainsley is one of the co-founders of HealthCare HR.  As a healthcare executive with 20 years experience Ainsley has made a career commitment to healthcare management.  She has helped grow small physician practices into large multi disciplinary teams.  She has served on the board of directors for local community focused health clinics and understands the operational and strategic needs of different healthcare models.  

Ainsley spends her spare time with her husband and 2 children running between hockey rinks and soccer fields. .
