We offer virtual administrative support (phone and back office) for Healthcare companies.
Because we own and operate a large Family Medicine Clinic and have experienced difficulty finding and keeping admin staff, we have a keen understanding of the struggles and needs of the Healthcare industry. We decided to develop this solution to solve our problem and help out our friends and colleagues who've experienced the same issues.

Our service is available 24 hours / day and 7 days / week.
We will meet with you and learn your workflow procedures as if we were one of your employees. From that point on, we will be able to train any new staff on your behalf. You just need to update us on any changes to your workflow procedures.
Your clinic will be assigned a specific contact person and we will make sure any issue is corrected as quickly as possible.
We require a minimum commitment of 1 Admin working 40 hours / week.
There's no need to change your phone system.

Our service is available all across Canada. We currently have customers located in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.
It's important to us that you are happy and find value in our service, so we offer everyone a 3 month trial. Our contract term is 1 year and renews annually if you would like to continue with our service once the trial is complete.
We adhere to the strictest regulations in Canada. Our staff follows privacy guidelines that are compliant with HIPAA and PHIPA.
Our staff work in a secure environment with restricted access and strict protocols to protect against any security breaches. They always work under supervision and are not allowed to bring any recording devices into work.
Yes, we carry a full complement of Liability Insurance that covers Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions), Cyber and Privacy breaches, and more.
We pride ourselves on knowing that we are providing the highest quality of service possible and it takes time to learn and train on an organization's workflow protocols and polices / procedures. Because of this, we are only able to accept a few new customers at a time and we needed to start a waitlist due to the level of interest in our services.
